Our Forging Line is equipped to forge parts from as low as low as 500gms and as high as 12 kilograms. Our GAS heated Induction Furnace is used to heat the material before forging.

Drawing Management System
We develop 3D models on SOLIDWORKS and dimensional drawings on AUTO CAD/CAM After developing the drawings they are dropped in common folder in server DMS as per following system.

Plastic Bins are used to keep products scratch free after Plating and before Packing.
Packaging System
Rust preventive Pills inside the Polybags for control all types of side effects in Packing
Ready made Zipped Water proof Polybag used inside the wooden packing for safe Packing.
We used Ply in wooden pallets for strong and moister free Packing of products so it safely reached at customer end.

MR will find out the concerned person responsible and demand CAPA.
The concerned responsible person will issue the CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) form

Gauge Control System
We developed a gauge to control the critical dimension and to manage all gauges we have developed a control system in which we keep our gauge in a locker so that it can be early accessed in the future for lot production.

It is essential to conduct day-to-day business operations such as finance, inventory, billing, etc., by managing the data in a systematic manner, so we have implemented the Oracle Ramco ERP system, which efficiently handles all the data.
Sample Management System
- We have more than 200 customers in our portfolio and we get new samples from our customers on regular basis.
- It becomes difficult to manage all samples and track the record of the development of each new sample.
- Therefore, we have established a system called SMS (Sample Management System) according to which we appoint an exclusive locker to each customer.
Inspired by the traffic light system, we have implemented the same theme in our sample development process.
