3D printing allows for the design
and print of more complex designs.
UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE
Used to test the mechanical properties
(tension, compression etc.) of a given
test specimen by exerting tensile,
compressive or transverse stresses.
WELDING PENETRATION
Check parameters of the Length,
Thickness, Throat, Percentage of
penetration and include other
parameters.
PROCESS VALIDATION & CONTROL
As per ISO 9001:2015, after validating
the process our engineers ensured
process control through Inspection
at regular intervals.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
The production capacity is defined
for each product to avoid over output
or lower output.
CONTINGENCY PLAN
Contingency plan is defined for any
expected breakdown or shortage of
material.
